About Microschool Guide

Microschool Guide exists to make starting and funding a microschool legible. Most of the information founders need is scattered across statutes, program handbooks, and Facebook groups. We collect it, keep it current, and write it in plain English.

The site covers three things: how microschools operate legally in each state, how families can pay for them (especially through ESA and scholarship programs), and which curriculum and tools actually work in a small mixed-age setting.

Who runs this site

Microschool Guide is operated by Dang Solutions LLC. Real Science-4-Kids, a K-8 science curriculum publisher, is a featured partner, and its listing in our directory is marked Featured. Everything else in the directory is listed because it is genuinely useful to microschools.

How we handle accuracy

State pages cite official sources and show the date each page was last verified. Laws and ESA program rules change frequently. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing on this site is legal advice; verify with your state before acting.
